Phoenix Metro is one of the fastest-growing homebuilding markets in the country, and Century Communities and Century Complete are building new construction homes across more than a dozen of its cities and towns — from the West Valley's Buckeye, Surprise, and Goodyear to Pinal County's San Tan Valley, Florence, Casa Grande, Coolidge, and beyond. In Buckeye, about 30 miles west of downtown Phoenix off I-10, Century Communities offers homes from the $320,000s at Teravalis — a large master-planned community with solar-ready, EV-charger-equipped homes and a 22-acre amenity complex opening in 2028 — along with Montaña Vista and Village at Sundance. Century Complete's Mayfield community, also in Buckeye, starts from the $310,000s. Just north in Surprise, near White Tank Mountain Regional Park, North Copper Canyon and Rancho Vista bring resort-style pools, sports courts, and dog parks from the $340,000s–$370,000s. In Goodyear, near Goodyear Ballpark and Estrella Mountain Regional Park, El Cidro and the upcoming La Jolla Vista round out the West Valley lineup.
Southeast of the city, San Tan Valley's Skyline Village offers homes from the $330,000s near SanTan Village and Encanterra Golf Club, with Superstition Mountain views. In Maricopa, near Ak-Chin Casino and the Copper Sky Recreation Complex, Century Communities' The Lakes at Rancho El Dorado and Palomino Ranch sit alongside Century Complete's Rancho Mirage Estates, which starts in the low $300,000s. Florence and Casa Grande add several more options between the two brands, including Century Complete's Bisbee Ranch and Western Crossings (from the mid-$240,000s) and Century Communities' Silver Cross Ranch and Sage Grove at Magma Ranch.
A bit further out, Century Complete builds in Coolidge, Apache Junction, Arizona City, and Eloy, with homes starting as low as the $230,000s. These communities are a strong fit for buyers prioritizing affordability and a shorter, largely self-guided buying process.
