* Available only on the purchase of a home in participating Nashville communities for contracts signed on or after 8/14/25 and that close on or before 9/30/25. Commission is based on the base price of the home plan. The combined value of seller incentives, credits and other seller contributions may exceed lender limits established for the loan program for which buyer qualifies.
