Realtor.com's Hottest Home Markets for 2025

Looking for the hottest homebuying markets in the country? Realtor.com recently released its forecast of the Top Housing Markets for 20251—which features a number of hot markets featuring homes from Century Communities and Century Complete.

Realtor.com determined its ranking of the 100 most populated metros by their summed expected sale and price growth rates, among other factors.

#1. Colorado Springs, CO

Garden of the Gods
